Course Project
NTNU Gjøvik
Spring 2019
This project was a part of the course Editorial Design II at NTNU spring 2019, with Eivind Arnstein Johansen as our course coordinator.
Sykehuset Innlandet wished to collect data from people who are about to become parents and who are parents during the child’s first year. The task was therefore to develop a concept for a mobile solution that can collect data from, and contribute positively to the lives of pregnant women and parents of young children.
My group decided to give the concept of our app the name MittBarn (translates to “my child”). MittBarn will function as a simple tool for pregnant women and parents of young children and has functions for scheduling, surveys, a photo gallery, and available information about the child’s development that is updated every day. In this way, it will be possible to gain a little better control and more knowledge about the new situation the parents are in, at the same time as it is of great help to Sykehuset Innlandet.
